Shipments
Orders ship on the next business day and are shipped regular post via Canada Post from Vancouver, BC. Shipments should arrive withing 2-6 days. You will be notified via e-mail when your order has been shipped.
International orders (outside US and Canada) may take an additional 1-4 weeks due to customs and large bodies of water. If for some reason your order has not arrived after a month, a great place to start is by calling your local post office and checking to see if they have a package on hold for you.
We cannot control what happens after we mail your order, but we are happy to tell you what we know and offer some hints. If an order seems to have legitimately been lost in the mail, we should be able to replace it.
Need to Change an Order?
If you just placed an order and need to change either the items or your address, just e-mail me and if it hasn’t shipped, I’ll make the change and it’s all good. If the order has shipped, it will considered an exchange and you will be responsible for paying for shipping.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please e-mail shane@nrdland.com to get a return number and follow the steps below:
- Please make sure the item is undamaged and unwashed.
- Please include a note with your name, email, address, and the details of what you’d like in exchange.
- Exchanges are free, but sadly postage isn’t! Please include $3 for reshipment in North America and $7 for the rest of the world. Postage can be paid by cash or Paypal. Please e-mail for details.

Did you receive the wrong items?
If you received the wrong items, please let us know about it right away. Email and let us know what you received versus what you actually ordered. If we made a mistake, we’ll mail you a replacement right away. If not, we can still do an exchange.
MEASUREMENTS:
To make sure your shirt is going to fit – here is a handy dandy sizing chart for our t-shirts:
Chest:
Measure under arms around the fullest part of the chest. Be sure to keep tape level across back and comfortably loose.
Waist:
Measure around natural waist with a loose tape.
