It is a story about a retired super hero who is collecting DNA samples from the forgotten and hidden heroes of WWII to assemble a new super team to fight super powered terrorists.<\/p>\n<p>Oh &#8211; and it&#8217;s set in an alternate reality where the Allies lost WWII.<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s got German WWII mech walkers, super powers, jet packs and &#8216;Huckleberry&#8217; cell phones.  How can I not fall in love with this comic?<\/p>\n<p>The thing that really makes Heroes Inc. stand out for me is the quality of the writing.  It reminds me a lot of Warren Ellis&#8217; style five-six years ago and  The dialogue is sharp, the pacing keeps you glued to the page and there are cliffhangers at every corner.    <\/p>\n<p>Chances are that if you are reading Petra&#8217;s Call, you are probably the kind of person that likes robots and super heros &#8211; and I&#8217;m willing to be that you&#8217;ll enjoy <a href=\"http:\/\/www.heroes-inc.net\/\">Heroes Inc.<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Heroes Inc. is an incredible webcomic that has grabbed me by the throat and won&#8217;t let go.
